Oceanside hills near Camp Pendleton Border Sep 2010
Found a spot close to home to explore some small canyons and climb some small peaks above "The Valley" in Oceanside up towards the border of Camp Pendleton marine base. The noise of the city faded away as I sat overlooking the valley and San Luis Rey riverbed with two hawks soaring and circling above.
